These Terms of Use apply to the Architect High Level website operated by Arnold Kahr, sole proprietor, Rauchgasse 34/2/10, 1120 Vienna, Austria. They govern use of the website, its interactive demonstration and related free pre-launch features.

Architect High Level is currently presented as a business simulator for architects and designers. The website does not currently offer a paid purchase or paid subscription. Any future paid product, subscription or digital-content purchase will be subject to additional or updated purchase terms before checkout is made available.

The website and interactive simulator are intended for users aged 18 or older.

Architect High Level provides a business simulation and general educational/informational content. It is not individual legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial or other regulated professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own business decisions and should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

Simulation outcomes, scores, scenarios, examples and suggested consequences are illustrative. They do not guarantee revenue, profitability, business performance, investment results or any other specific real-world outcome.

The Architect High Level name, original website content, graphics, software, interface elements and original game/simulation content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Users may access the website for personal/internal business evaluation. Copying, republishing, reselling, distributing or commercially exploiting protected content without permission is prohibited.

Do not misuse, disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, circumvent security measures, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its connected services. Reasonable normal browsing and evaluation of the interactive demo is permitted.

The operator may update, modify, suspend or discontinue pre-launch website features and simulation content. Temporary availability interruptions may occur.

The website may link to third-party services or official legal-information websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies; Architect High Level is not responsible for their independent content or availability, subject to mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. For business users, any jurisdiction clause must apply only to the extent legally permitted.
